This bespoke blend was fully finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks, inviting an aromatic and richly spiced character which echo the flavours of the Middle East. These exotic flavours are luxuriously enhanced with notes of sticky dates and honeyed dried plums, rendering tribute to the delights of Arabic culinary tradition.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Sweet cranberries, glazed cherries, stewed apples, cinnamon buns and almond praline with intense spiced noted; namely freshly-grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

PALATE: Mango slices, blood orange, sticky dates, treacle tart, marzipan drops, orange zest followed by warming ginger, pink peppercorns and sweet, oak spice.

FINISH: Rich and velvety smooth with enduring notes of ginger.
